What services do you offer?
Office Wife LLC provides virtual administrative services, loan coordinator and transaction coordinator services for real estate, writing services, and web services including WordPress setup and maintenance. Visit the Business Services page for a full breakdown.
How does pricing work?
I offer flexible pricing structures to fit your needs and budget: hourly rates, project-based pricing, and monthly retainer packages. Pay-as-you-go is available with deposit and prepaid options. Pricing is discussed during your free initial consultation, once I understand the scope of your project.
How do we share documents securely?
My preferred platform for document exchange is OneDrive. I set up a secure, dedicated folder for your project and email you the link. Your documents are never shared or stored improperly.
How do we get started?
It starts with a 45-minute “Clear your Plate” session. Book your slot here. During this session we will review the following:
Prioritize: Identify the “energy-drainers” that are stalling your progress.
Strategize: Map out a personalized virtual support plan tailored to your unique workflow.
Execute: Establish the immediate next steps to get those tasks off your desk for good.
What is your cancellation policy?
I require a 24-hour cancellation notice for all scheduled meetings and appointments. This allows me to offer that time to other clients. I appreciate your respect for my time as I respect yours.
Are your services only available remotely?
Most services are delivered virtually, which means I can work with clients anywhere. However, for clients in the San Diego area, local physical assistance is available for those tasks that cannot be performed remotely. Contact me to discuss what works best for your situation.
How do we communicate while working together?
I offer personalized communication channels based on your preference: phone, text, email, or video chat. Weekly meetings are available, and I work to establish a rhythm that keeps you informed without overwhelming your schedule or mine.
